My husband and I had been putting off going through our documents for years. The two-hour review was thorough without being rushed, and the report they produced was something I actually understood. The colour map in particular was useful — I have it pinned up now so I can see at a glance what we still need to collect.

I was trying to help my father replace several old documents after his house was damaged. Tracking down the right offices and getting the forms right was more complicated than I expected. Anuvia handled the whole process — I just supplied the information they asked for and they did the running around. It took about six weeks in total, which was what they said upfront.

We arranged the community workshops for our residents' association in Jasin. The feedback from members was very positive — the sessions were practical and not at all like a sales presentation. The booklets in Bahasa Malaysia were appreciated by the older members especially. We are looking at bringing the series back next year.

The review found three documents I did not know were missing, including one that is required before you can apply for something else. I would not have known the sequence. The suggested collection order saved me from wasting a trip. Straightforward and well-organised service.

My husband is due to retire next year and we had been meaning to get our paperwork in order for some time. The review was calm and methodical — the person from Anuvia took notes carefully and did not rush. The report arrived within a week. There were a few items I expected but had not actually thought to check properly.

We used the reissuing service for my mother's documents after her birth certificate was found to be damaged. Anuvia identified which office to approach, filled in the forms, and handled the follow-up. They were clear about the timeline — it took seven weeks — and sent updates along the way. Office charges were listed separately with receipts as promised.

Case Notes
Three Engagements in More Detail
The following summaries describe the nature of the problem each client brought and what the engagement produced. All identifying details have been generalised.
Case 01 — Household Records Review
Situation
A couple in their late fifties, both approaching retirement, had documents stored across multiple locations including boxes in storage. They were not sure what they had, what was missing, or what was still needed.
What Anuvia Did
Completed a two-hour on-site review working through all locations. Produced a written report identifying nine present categories, four partially missing, and two absent entirely. Prepared the household records map and suggested collection order.
Outcome
The couple used the collection order with their financial planner, who described the report as the most complete pre-review document he had received from a client in some years.
Case 02 — Document Reissuing
Situation
A family managing the affairs of an elderly parent found that several key documents were either missing or had been issued decades ago in formats now considered outdated. The son was working full-time and had limited time to attend offices.
What Anuvia Did
Identified seven documents requiring replacement or attestation. Prepared forms for all seven, attended offices for five where a representative was accepted, and provided written status updates at each stage. Total duration: six weeks.
Outcome
All seven documents received. Office charges were itemised and supported by receipts totalling RM 215 passed through at cost. The family was able to proceed with estate planning discussions with their solicitor.
Case 03 — Community Series
Situation
A medium-sized employer in Melaka with a workforce where a significant proportion were within ten years of retirement age. HR had received enquiries from staff asking where to start with retirement preparation, but did not have the internal knowledge to advise them.
What Anuvia Did
Delivered the four-session programme on site over two months, scheduled around shift patterns. Sessions were attended by 31 staff members on average. Bilingual materials were provided. A follow-up question session addressed twelve questions submitted in writing by participants.
Outcome
HR reported a reduction in retirement-related queries to the department following the series. Several staff members subsequently engaged Anuvia independently for household records reviews.
