About Anuvia
Making the Retirement Records Process Visible, Step by Step
We are a small administrative services team based in Melaka. Our work is narrow by design: organising paperwork, coordinating document requests, and helping communities understand what retirement records actually look like.

Founded from a Practical Problem
Anuvia came out of a straightforward observation: a large number of households approaching retirement in Melaka were spending considerable time trying to locate, verify, and organise documents they had accumulated over decades of working life. The task was not complicated in principle, but it was time-consuming and easy to do incompletely.
Our founder, who had spent years in administrative coordination within the public sector, saw that the gap was not information — there is plenty of general information about retirement — but hands-on, structured support for the paperwork itself. In 2019, Anuvia was established to fill that gap.
We began with the Records Health Check as our only service. Over subsequent years we added the Reissuing Coordination service after repeated requests from clients who had completed a review and needed help acting on what the review found. The Community Education Series followed in response to interest from employers and residents' associations in Melaka who wanted to provide this knowledge to their members collectively.
Our Mission
What We Are Here to Do
Clarity Before Complexity
We believe a household should understand the full map of their records situation before deciding what to do about it. We draw that map first.
Administrative Work, Clearly Bounded
We handle paperwork organisation and coordination. We consistently point clients toward their own qualified advisers for any financial or legal decisions that arise from what we find.
Community-Scale Usefulness
Through the Education Series, we aim to spread practical records knowledge across employer groups and community associations, not only to individual households.

How We Work
Standards We Hold Across Every Engagement
Written Deliverables
Every client engagement produces a written report. We do not deliver verbal-only summaries. Written outputs can be shared with advisers, stored with family records, or referenced later.
Data Handling Protocols
Client documents and personal information are handled according to our data protection protocols. Physical documents brought to us for review are returned at the end of each session. We do not retain client originals.
Scope Boundaries
We are clear about what falls inside and outside our scope in the first conversation with any client. We do not expand into regulated advice territory, and we communicate this in writing at engagement start.
Fee Transparency
Our service fees are stated upfront. Any third-party office charges incurred on a client's behalf are separated from our fees and passed through at cost with receipts. No hidden components.
Progress Reporting
For the Reissuing Coordination service, we send written status updates each time a document application progresses or encounters a delay. Clients are not left to follow up on their own.
Education Without Pressure
Community workshops are delivered as general education only, with no sales activity during sessions. Attendees are there to learn, not to be directed toward a commercial product or service.
Background
Records Administration in the Retirement Context
Preparing for retirement in Malaysia typically involves gathering a range of documents accumulated over a working life: identification and family registration records, EPF statements and contribution histories, SOCSO documents, property titles or tenancy agreements, insurance policies, and any correspondence with government agencies. For many households, these items are distributed across multiple locations, some are held in formats that have degraded over time, and some may have never been collected in the first place.
The task of bringing these records into a coherent, navigable collection is straightforward in concept but often slow and effortful in practice. Replacement documents require knowing which office issued the original and understanding the current process for requesting a copy. Attested copies require attendance at the right authority with the correct supporting materials. For older households or those managing a relative's affairs, these steps can accumulate quickly into a significant administrative load.
Anuvia addresses this load through structured administrative support. We work through document categories methodically, produce written outputs at each stage, and coordinate with issuing offices on behalf of clients where a representative is permitted to act. Our community education programme extends this knowledge to workplace and community group settings, allowing organisations to prepare their members for the administrative aspects of retirement planning well before the need becomes pressing.
Our office is at 28 Jalan Merdeka in Melaka, and we serve households across the state. Organisations in other parts of West Malaysia may enquire about the education programme, which can be arranged subject to schedule and logistics.
