Organised folders and labelled document stacks

Why Anuvia

An Administrative Approach That Keeps Its Scope Honest

We focus narrowly on what we are qualified to do: organising, reviewing, and coordinating paperwork. That clarity is itself a benefit — you always know what you are receiving and what falls outside our remit.

Competitive Advantages

Six Reasons Households in Melaka Work With Us

Process Made Visible

We begin every engagement by drawing a map of the steps ahead. This is a literal diagram, not a metaphor — a flat illustration of numbered stops connected by drawn rules. You see the whole sequence before any work begins.

Written Reports, Not Verbal Summaries

Every finding from the Records Health Check is delivered in a written report. You can share the report with your own financial or legal adviser, file it with your household records, or refer to it later. Nothing depends on memory.

Separated Fee Structure

Our service fee and any third-party office charges are kept entirely separate. What we charge is stated before we begin. What government offices charge is passed through to you at cost, with receipts. No fees are bundled or absorbed.

Bilingual Accessibility

Workshop materials and checklist templates are produced in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, so the information reaches all members of a household or community group regardless of language preference.

Proactive Progress Updates

For the Reissuing Coordination service, we send written status updates each time an application moves forward or encounters a delay. You are not left to follow up with us; we come to you.

Clearly Bounded Scope

We handle administrative and organisational work only. We confirm this scope in writing at the start of each engagement and consistently point clients toward their own qualified advisers for regulated decisions.

In Detail

What Each Advantage Means in Practice

01

Records Administration Expertise

Our team carries experience in document classification, public sector administrative processes, and the specific records landscape that applies to retirement in Malaysia. We are familiar with the issuing offices involved, the forms they require, and the typical processing timelines for different document types across Melaka and surrounding areas.

  • Familiarity with EPF, JPN, SOCSO and related office processes
  • Knowledge of standard replacement document procedures in Melaka
  • Structured checklists built from years of household records reviews
  • Experience spanning individual households and community groups
02

Structured Methodology

We apply the same document category framework to every records review. This consistency means no category is overlooked because it seems less common or less important. The output is a standardised report format that clients and their advisers can read quickly and act on.

  • Standard category checklist applied to every household
  • Consistent report format familiar to financial advisers
  • Colour-coded records map produced for each household
  • Suggested document collection order tailored to findings
03

Attentive Service Through Each Engagement

We take on a limited number of coordination clients at any one time. This means each household's applications receive individual attention, and we are able to respond promptly when a client has a question or when an office responds with additional requirements.

04

Fixed, Transparent Pricing

Our three services are priced at fixed rates: RM 640 for the Records Health Check, RM 1,890 for the Reissuing Coordination service (plus pass-through office costs at cost with receipts), and RM 3,950 for the four-session Community Education Series. There are no variable components within our fees and no billing surprises.

05

Measurable Outputs

At the end of the Records Health Check, clients hold a written report and a drawn records map. At the end of the Reissuing Coordination service, each requested document has either arrived or has been tracked to its current status with a clear next step. These are concrete outputs, not impressions of a meeting.

What Only We Offer

Features Distinctive to Anuvia

The Household Records Map

For every records review client, we produce a drawn diagram of their household's document landscape — coloured by category and status. This is a physical, printable deliverable, not a spreadsheet or a list. It is designed to be kept with the household's files and updated as documents are obtained or replaced.

Community-Scale Delivery

Our Education Series is structured for employer groups and associations, not just individuals. This allows organisations to address retirement records preparation across their membership in a single engagement, rather than directing each person to find their own resources.

Suggested Collection Order

Following the Health Check, clients receive a suggested order in which to collect or replace their missing documents. This order takes into account which documents are required to apply for others, reducing unnecessary delays caused by applying for items in the wrong sequence.

Adviser-Ready Outputs

Our written reports are formatted to be shared directly with financial planners, solicitors, or estate administrators. The collection order, the gap analysis, and the storage notes are all structured in a way that a professional adviser can read and act on without needing to re-examine the client's documents from scratch.
