Your Retirement Records, Organised and Accounted For
Anuvia provides structured paperwork support and records administration for households preparing for or navigating retirement. We work through each document category methodically, so nothing is overlooked.
What We Do
Three Structured Services
Each service is scoped to a specific need within the retirement records process. You can start with whichever stage applies to your household right now.
Records Health Check
A structured, on-site review of your household's existing paperwork against a standard checklist. Delivered as a written report covering what is present, what is missing, which items may need reissuing, and how your documents are currently stored.
- Colour-coded records map drawn in our standard style
- Suggested collection order for your own adviser
- Approximately two hours on site plus report preparation
Reissuing & Attested Copies Coordination
Support for obtaining replacement copies of documents that have been lost or damaged. We identify the issuing office for each item, prepare application forms, arrange appointments, attend queues where a representative is permitted, and track each request to arrival.
- Full application form preparation from your information
- Queue attendance where a representative is allowed
- Office fees passed through at cost with receipts
Community Education Series
Four 90-minute workshops delivered on site for employers, residents' associations, and community groups. Sessions cover general retirement paperwork process, common document types, record-keeping habits, and how to assist an older relative with file organisation. Groups of up to forty, with printed booklets in English and Malay.
- Printed booklets in English and Malay
- Follow-up question session included
- Blank checklist templates for all attendees
Why Anuvia
What Sets Our Approach Apart
Visible Process
Every engagement starts with a drawn map of the steps involved. You see the whole sequence before anything begins, not just the next action.
Written Reports Only
We do not offer verbal-only summaries. Everything we find and recommend is written down and handed to you, so you can share it with your own adviser.
Cost Transparency
Third-party fees — such as office charges for replacement documents — are passed through at cost with receipts attached, not absorbed into a bundled price.
Bilingual Materials
Workshop booklets and checklist templates are prepared in both English and Bahasa Malaysia so materials reach every member of a household or community group.
No Regulated Advice
We handle paperwork organisation and administrative coordination only. We consistently direct clients toward their own qualified advisers for financial or legal decisions.
Realistic Timelines
We provide honest estimates and track progress across each issuing office. When delays occur, we update you promptly rather than waiting for you to follow up.

Common Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
What does the Records Health Check actually produce?
You receive a written report listing every document category we reviewed, noting what was found, what was absent, and what appeared damaged or illegible. Attached to the report is a colour-coded map of your household's records drawn in our standard diagram style, plus a suggested collection order you can bring to your own financial or legal adviser.
How long does the Reissuing Coordination service take?
Response times vary across issuing offices and depend on their current workloads. In our experience, most requests are resolved within four to eight weeks from the date of submission. We track each application and notify you when documents arrive, and we flag any delays as soon as we become aware of them.
Do you handle EPF, SOCSO, or pension documentation?
Our records review covers the full range of household paperwork a retiring person typically holds, which may include statements and correspondence from EPF and SOCSO. However, we provide administrative and organisational support only — we do not advise on fund withdrawals, claim amounts, or entitlements. Those decisions are best discussed with a registered financial planner or the relevant authority directly.
Can the community workshops be conducted in Bahasa Malaysia?
The four-session programme is delivered in English, but all printed materials — the participant booklet and checklist templates — are prepared in both English and Bahasa Malaysia. If your organisation requires a fully Malay-language delivery, please mention this when you enquire and we will discuss whether it can be accommodated.
Are the office fees included in the coordination price?
No. The RM 1,890 covers our coordination and representation work only. Fees charged by government offices or registries for issuing replacement documents are separate and are passed through to you at the exact cost charged, with official receipts provided. We will give you an estimate of likely office fees before we begin.
Do you work with clients outside of Melaka?
Our on-site records review is currently available to households in Melaka. The community education programme can be arranged for employer and association groups in other states in West Malaysia depending on schedule and travel logistics. Please send us a message to discuss your location.
